ECMWF, CMC, NAVGEM, and the UKM

The ECMWF, CMC, NAVGEM, and the UKM show a tropical cyclone from the Western Caribbean by November 1st.

I'd give it over 50% odds for a named storm from the Western Caribbean by Halloween.

If so, then more likely than not we'll have to prepare for another landfall in the US or the Bahamas.
