What I've been reading from local PR reports-
And our friend's family members there-
An area gets power- then it
It goes down again because of something that
Breaks in the next section of the infrastructure.
So apparently the numbers do fluctuate.
This is being reported in PR and the Virgin Islands.
And I saw one article- 0 power restored in
St John. Eek
All heartbreaking.
