Matthew Redux

In 2016 Lumberton, NC experienced widely-publicized record flooding of the Lumber River as a result of Matthew. The current gauge station (link below) in Lumberton is at 16.5 feet and climbing rapidly toward major flood stage. The record of 21.8 feet looks reachable in the next day or two. The continuing streaming bands of heavy rain upriver from Lumberton do not bode well at all.
