| I am all in favor of a Alberto type subtropical storm named when it is close to land threatening but not for north Atlantic fish storms. The old time NHC forecasters hated naming those Neil Frank in particular did not like wasting names on garbage. You are right Shalista it pads the numbers to make it look busy when in reality this season has been less than spectacular if you take Florence off the list. |
