Just to clarify, their sites have merged, but they are still separate entities. More information:

"The Central Pacific Hurricane Center (CPHC) website is being integrated into hurricanes.gov that will result in new links.

On May 13, 2019, the main url changed from https://www.prh.noaa.gov/cphc to https://www.hurricanes.gov/cphc

https://www.weather.gov/cphc will continue to point users to the current website.

The www.prh.noaa.gov server will be decommissioned at the end of May.

This transition will provide additional stability for the CPHC website, and allow users to have a more seamless transition as tropical systems cross between the Eastern North Pacific basin and the Central North Pacific basin at 140W longitude.

The Central Pacific Hurricane Center will continue to operate out of Honolulu, HI, and remains the internationally recognized hurricane center for tropical activity between 140W and 180 (dateline), north of the equator."
