I wonder if the pumps are all new. I thought that with all the gov billions $$$ after Katrina that they were to upgrade and/or replace those100+ of pumps.
Did some in NO mis- spend that money?
Rather odd that they had so much flooding a few days ago....yes, in a few spots they had a lot of rain, but not all over city. You wouldve thought the new technology IF there were new pumps...wouldve worked better...just saying.
Guess we will find out in next few days. |
