Outer Banks Webcams

Hi. Once again..only dropping in during Hurrican Season. This one is freaking me out a bit because my kids are still sitting in Hatteras Village riding this thing out. On a 2 mile wide strip of sand. And I am eating Zantac. Just thought I would drop a few webcams that I am aware of.

The eye looks to be going straight across htis tiny village and up Ocracoke Island before passing through the sound (worst case scenario for my kids) beside Hatteras Village.
One of hte most interesting mental dynamics that I deal with is the guilt I feel everytime I find myself wishing that it would turn this way or that. I don't want to wish damage on anyone else, but it's just a natural thought when my child is in the crosshairs. They lost their last home ot Matthew's surge and I am so sad to think of them having to go through that all again. |
