On the current forecast track these would be the surge values:

Of course any deviation in track, or change in projected intensity, could change that.

Current look at wind field:

Percentage chance of winds:
https://www.nhc.noaa.gov/refresh/graphics_at3+shtml/?gm_track#contents

Add either:
34kt WSP ... 39mph
50kt WSP ... 58mph
64kt WSP ... 74mph

It will show the percent chance of the wind speed if you click a color on the map.

And again, this is based on the current forecast.
