Since a lot of people will be without power for awhile, from Sally and still some from Laura, they do need to be aware that is down there so they don't get caught off guard if it were to develop.

Euro:

GFS:
https://www.tropicaltidbits.com/analysis/models/?model=gfs&region=watl&pkg=mslp_uv850

Both models have shown development from it in some of their runs and have shown possible impacts along the northern Gulf coast. It's too early to know where there could be impacts if it develops, it could still be most anywhere around the coastline around the Gulf of Mexico.

NHC "Surface Forecasts" from this page:
https://www.nhc.noaa.gov/marine/#graphical

Show 90L as a possible tropical cyclone in both the 24, 48 and 72-hour forecasts. As of posting, they show it kind of meandering in the SW Gulf, with not a lot of movement over that period.

90L has a 70% chance of development within 5 days, and the area south of Cape Verde (98L) a 60% chance in that time frame as of now, so I don't know what might be named first potentially.

Meanwhile, Teddy is headed toward Bermuda and even after it impacts them it will still need to be watched for additional possible land impacts, with Euro still showing possible impacts around Maine and Canada. A long way out, but those areas should be aware that there is a possibility. Canada gets impacted sometimes, but Maine not so much.
