On Sept 16th I filmed Hurricane Sally making landfall in Gulf Shores ,Alabama. Bill Phillips was streaming it live to both facebook & periscope as it happened. There were some crazy moments during the 24 hr broadcast that has been edited down to just 39 minutes. You will see screaming winds at one point 95mph as the anemometer goes crazy as potential meso vortice passes over going from 30 to 90mph in a split second. I show Radar & barometric pressure down to 969mb during eye passage. I also set up two remote cameras on the beach even though it was dark they caught surge flooding. On beach cam you see water & waves flowing in and on the other cam along beach parkway debris being carried west as the surge overtakes the road. watch
