It's there. Sometimes I take circles away when I see things in the Caribbean down, but that one is there right now. Once you click the dot, click on "Cayman Islands (U.K.)" in the popup.

There are circles that cover some of the other circles and there isn't an easy way to get around that. Eventually I will add ability to show only radars from a particular country, but I haven't got around to that yet. Other projects to work on first. It means you have to click nearer to the dot, not just the range circle, when radar ranges overlap.

I am hiding the ranges of the radars less often as it is a lot of work to keep track with what is working. Jamaica is down right now but I still have the circle up. I do see that the Barbados radar is back online, after being down since 2017, so I will add that circle back shortly.
