Unless 94L were to develop off Africa, 92L would be named Claudette if it develops.



As for 94L (20% in 5 days as of 8pm EDT Monday)...



I haven't mentioned 94L because the NHC has talked about the shear ahead of it. And it's kind of early to be talking about something by Africa. 94L has a spin, but shear and dry air are supposed to limit its chances.
