Sorry for the issues.

This direct link should work:
https://www.paypal.com/donate/?hosted_button_id=AXAGH4VDRH95J

If it doesn't, there is something wrong with the page at PayPal not working for some reason in your browser. I have lots of various security running on my computer, and browser, and the page seems to work for me. Sometimes things, like an addon, can prevent something from working on a page. If it doesn't work for you let us know. That page loads instantly for me.

Another possible thing is that as of last year Jim upgraded the security at https://hurricanecity.com/. One feature is that some pages are cached by a firewall that is run at the hosting company. I cleared that cache now. The page at hurricanecity.com that you mighty have been going to might have been cached with the old button code. The site is not set to cache things for very long, so I don't know if that was the issue. It might have been that your own browser was caching the page. But that direct link should at least work then. I will likely change the button code again to be just a direct link instead of the more complicated method of using an HTML <form> element like PayPal uses by default for a button.
