One thing I noticed with the last two people who had problems was that their location was exactly in one case, and very close in another, to the hidden position that the map is in when you first try to select your coordinates. That seems to mean to me that either the map was not responding in a browser correctly when someone moved it or that perhaps they clicked their location on the map and thought that was all they needed to do. I tried to make the directions a little clearer that you have to center the cross hairs over your location and added the way to add manual coordinates so that if there is a problem with the map, someone can still type in coordinates. Of course they can always contact me with the coordinates they enter and add a statement they agree to post them publicly. Browser compatibility can sure be fun. I have a complex site I built for my homeowner's association and browser and software compatibility drives me nuts sometimes.
