Possible Severe Weather for IL Monday

GFS is showing the Rex / Omega Block, currently off the CA coast, moving inland this weekend and eventually forming a negatively-tilted shortwave on Monday.
A 1004 mb surface-low is forecast to develop and it looks like IL is under the gun.
To me, it looks like a tight-gradient helicity -field will be in place.
Good theta-e inflow from the south in advance of the cold front.
The morning shows a good cap with strong CAPE underneath in Iowa.
Models are not yet going out to Monday afternoon to see if the cap breaks.
I think it will based on the low surface pressure and dewpoints will be high ahead of the front.
SREF will be coming in tomorrow with data for Monday. Will know a lot more then.
