| Moderate to strong Cap in place. Clear skies will blow that away quickly. CAPE = 1000 to 2500 LI max at -6 Strong mid-level lapse-rate in the western-part of the state. Latest Dodge City sounding shows inversion confined to the boundary layer. 50 to 60-knot UL Jet in place. 80 knots near 200mb.       |
