Florida SST's Seem Hot

Looks hot enough for a spout, the humidity seems high, but the jet stream may be too far north and there does not seem to be enough of a cold front to destabilize the moist air.

I'm guessing that a jet stream over warm waters near a cold front would be ideal for tornado/spout formation....
