CaneTalk: EL nino question

I have found the discussions for 'El nino' very informative. Since 0.5 degrees C is considered neutral and anything above or below is considered EL nino or la nina. My question is this: What is the actual temperature or temperature range in FAHRENHEIT that equals 0.5 degrees C or is there an actual temp in fahrenheit?
