Borderline BOC

So, the trop wave that DM & I were tracking the last week has stalled out in the BOC.

I actually thought it would amplify into the west GOM, but it wimped out.

Good tight signature on 850mb vorticity with anti-cyclone overhead.

At this point very weak convection.

Current MSLP at the BOC Buoy is 29.96".
