Yes.... turns out the cold summer is because theres still a huge chunk of ice in Hudson Bay generating a stronger northerly flow thats preventing warm air becoming entrenched according to local weathermen. Makes sense because the flow has been coming from the north a lot more then normal... and many parts of Southern Ontario and Quebec are running 2-4 degrees Celsius below normal. So now excuse me while I begin hoping for decent el nino to show up... again. Was just a false alarm for this part of North America. |
