NWS investigating possible tornado in Vermont. For Vermont, up-state New York, western Massachusetts, and parts of Pennsylvania, July is tornado season. Although not as common as in tornado alley, the July variety of northeast tornado can also be extremely deadly. Forgot to include Canada too. The article.
