The UL Low off FL East Coast

RUC shows UL winds at about 30-knts around the peripehry of the ULL. Looks dry on WV; but juicy in the bounday layer with good lapse rate to support convection. http://www.goes.noaa.gov/HURRLOOPS/huwvloop.html     |
