I can't stop looking at 28N 71W

Something is firing up there.
And now looks like an anti-cyclone might be forming.
I know this is way way out on a limb; but it is bugging me.
Could the Midwest Low be pulling 98L toward it and the Mid-Atlantic TUTT be pulling this disturbance toward it and keeping the two apart?
98L is seeing shear of about 25 knots.
Shear at 28N 71W is about 12 knots and dropping.
