OK that was miss leading.
What the bulls-eye I was referring to was the Dvorak bulls-eye showing convection firing close to the COC; thus indicating a rapidly organizing TC.
I didn't mean it to be a landfall bulls-eye.
Next time I'll make the Subject clearer.
I agree that I don't want to create any alarms concerning landfall.
Actually, I am usually the last one that makes predictions on landfalls. I try to be very careful concerning that.
So, again I apologize for the mis-leading subject.
