How Accurate is Nexrad with Echo Tops?

I'm justing getting use to using American Radar... because it covers Toronto Area quite well and beats the crumby feeds Environment Canada makes public. However, right now I see it shows Echo Tops in the 70K feet range.... so, is that really accurate? Or is it a little bit off? Because I cant really remember seeing 70K feet tops before in this area... but our heat index is 108 right now.
