Wave behind 99L

The GFS really likes the tropical wave behind 99L. The wave comes off of the African coast today (Monday) at a lower latitude than 99L. This helps the wave survive the march across the Atlantic (according to the GFS). As opposed to 99L which seems to be a bit too far north to not be picked up by an upper level low somewhere along it's journey.
