90L has winds of 30 knots now. Still at 1007mb pressure as of the 6Z best track update. Still listed as a disturbance though. (but that could change at any time) Even though the cloud tops are not as cool at the moment on 90L, the overall shape seems to be improving.

From the 2AM about 90L:

"SATELLITE IMAGES INDICATE THAT THE AREA OF LOW PRESSURE CENTERED
ABOUT 475 MILES WEST-SOUTHWEST OF THE WESTERNMOST CAPE VERDE
ISLANDS CONTINUES TO BECOME BETTER ORGANIZED...AND A TROPICAL
DEPRESSION MAY BE FORMING. IF CURRENT TRENDS CONTINUE...ADVISORIES
WILL LIKELY BE INITIATED LATER TODAY.
THE LOW IS EXPECTED TO MOVE
WESTWARD AT ABOUT 15 MPH. THERE IS A HIGH CHANCE...GREATER THAN 50
PERCENT...OF THIS SYSTEM BECOMING A TROPICAL CYCLONE DURING THE
NEXT 48 HOURS."
