The ULL that would most effect Bill is directly N of Anna and almost all of the models have it lifting out to the NE in 24 to 48 hours.

If this pans out there looks to be a 3 to 5 day window before Bill would run into any upper air issues. I bet by Wed. we're gonna be doing the old time the front game with this.
