I'm in shock. It's looking great on radar:
http://www.wunderground.com/radar/radblast.asp?zoommode=zoom&num=6&delay=50&rbscale=0.5739130434782609&scale=1.000&noclutter=0&ID=TBW&type=N0R&lat=28.00705910&lon=-82.54741669&label=Tampa,%20FL&showstorms=99&map.x=349&map.y=281&centerx=400&centery=240&lightning=1&smooth=0&showlabels=1&rainsnow=0

The satellite imagery coming back up from eclipse shows it improving very well on that too:

(remove the blurred images and compare non blurred to non blurred)

ATCF now lists it as a low (no longer listed as a disturbance, but not yet listed as a depression) with winds of 30 knots. Pressure of 1013mb though listed. But if it happens to have a close circulation, maybe we might see a depression at 5AM with those winds. It seems to certainly be sticking around and being in the middle of the Gulf, I think we'll see some quick calls.

Although honestly I am surprised that they didn't upgrade the circle to orange from yellow. Or did they and I just missed it. I was away from a few hours and came back to a red.
