Unfortunately, unless a new system shows up - the Atlantic Seaboard will be awfully calm on the 27th.
The GFS shows Bill long gone, replaced by a dead zone of no pressure gradients with a High eventually building over land - the worst of all possibilities for generating surf along the coast. Not only should it be calm, it should be hot as blazes with that inland High.
Your only hope is a new system heading into the area.
Sorry...and hoping the GFS is wrong,
