Reality checklist
#1)The Nogaps models is horrible.
#2)The best performing models keep this well east of Cape Cod.
#3)Even if this passes 200 miles away from Cape Cod they will be on the weak side of a system pulling away & would be strictly a marine interest.
#4)No model shows this plowing into Massachuesetts.
#5)Chances are this will be a canadian Maritime system with maybe a hit to Nova Scotia but more likely New Foundland.
#6)As far as Bastardi is concerned a broken clock is right twice a day (thanks bill)& every year the(big one is coming) a cheap way of getting subscribers. Yes sooner or later one will hit up there in the populated N.E but this isnt it.
#7)Wishcasting requires pulling any model no matter how horrible it is into your town.
#8) Once this gets to 30N X 70 or 72 if it gets that far west kiss it bye bye, if the N.E is going to get hit it is going to be a system coming from the SSE not SE or ESE.
to wrap it up
N.E no big deal, Maritimes look out esp New Foundland because they could get the right front side.
