Current jet stream and Bills projected path

Hope I pasted this correctly..I am a newbie on these things...
This seems to be moving a bit SLOW in regards to steering Bill according to the models I have been staring at.
Could any of you explain in more detail on how this will block Bill from hitting the coastline?
He is still far out sea so I am growing some concern...umm...just a bit.
