Has some LL vorticity and an anti-cyclone close by. CMC has been talking about for a couple days. Usually TC's don't spin up for about a week after a major cane runs the basin. But, Mother Nature always likes to serve humble pie. The best we can do is put whipped cream on it and chow down.   |
