more worried on where the convection is rather than it being stationary though did wonder why some of the maps on TWC kept showing it be stationary and then other maps on TWC showed it racing through
a lot of strong storms blowing up to west of Bill... a temporary aspect i think... worth watching
wv shows the drama unfolding better
