| First know that I'm pretty cheap, and don't subscribe to anything more than I have to. Which means I never see Bastardi. But yesterday, WF posted Bastardi's thoughts on Bill, and at the end of his presentation, he speculated that conditions might be right in the Bahamas for a spin up of that wave(previous invest) which is now being ripped by the TUTT. He said something to the effect that Bill was helping to induce high pressure to build in behind and south of him, perhaps at upper levels too, and that there would be possible development of the wave in the Bahamas. Maybe he say a long range model. I don't know, but Jac is usually up on posting these models, and this is the first I've heard of a model forecasting possible development here. So like I say, I have seldom seen the man, and I guess take it for what its worth. |
