BINGO! TILT! BINGO! TILT!
I was just looking at the loops and I thought to myself - the LLC looks to be at the bottom of all that convection and what a waste of energy is being expensed to the north.
Then I checked Jim's models from the HC home page and it struck me - yikes - the GFS initialized waaaaaay far from center.
And that of course led me to - yikes again - because that means a big miss on the East Coast is waaaaay unlikely.
I'm gonna be on the 12Z GFS like white on rice, LOL!
