I don't know Jimw. She does have a pretty well defined circulation now. At times today, she already looked like she achieved depression status. But upper level conditions are not good, and as I've watched the WV Loop today, there looks to have been a noticeable decrease in convection. She may be upgraded, its true, but I don't see her being anything more than a minimal storm for the next few days. Thats why I'm thinking more along a western type route. WV Loop.
