Joe Bastardi Latest Update Predicts September 10th As Cutoff Date For African Storms

Joe's new update predicts a sharp cutoff for Atlantic storms coming off the African coast by September 10th and a high pickup in Pacific storms especially for Hawaii from September 10th on. See attached video.
