Heavy Rain in Carolinas

Raining heavy all afternoon in Raleigh, out of north but feels very tropical. It's warm rain, not cold rain like we had last week when a front went through.

You can look at the radar and see it circulating... know its partly over land but very cool to watch on radar.

Rain training in around Wilmington, nonstop...heard there is localized flooding.
