| Tom: I hate to do it to you again man, but that LLC analysis is all from an IR SAT shot. Derek doesn't go by that. NHC needs to see a SCAT shot with a closed off wind field. Their argument is that IR is more mid-level and not surface. At this point, it may be a while before a RT SCAT pass comes thru.  |
