oh would say Fred will be remembered when all is said and done

should be some sort of mention at least, to be able to track tropical rain ... a tropical system that far that long against so many odds... pretty amazing when you think on it

have seen references to ghostly swirls with no convection

believe its in the forecast locally for rain from remnants of fred in the Carolinas in local forecasts for this week
