This board is not for official advisories
for that we have the NHC
No, this board is for discussion of the tropics
and convection that makes it across the Atlantic
intact..is topical and worthy of discussion
seems like in football, time of possession does not make that much of a difference
and the NHC is officially ignoring whatever remains of Fred..in the Atlantic
(how long has he been identifiable in one form or another since he left Africa.. I've lost track)
