Core has become disorganized and suface analysis shows more of an open wave.
No more anti-cyclone - shear could take it out.

TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK NWS TPC/NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL 800 AM EDT TUE OCT 6 2009
FOR THE NORTH ATLANTIC...CARIBBEAN SEA AND THE GULF OF MEXICO...
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ASSOCIATED WITH AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE LOCATED ABOUT 575 MILES EAST OF THE LEEWARD ISLANDS HAVE BECOME LESS ORGANIZED OVER THE PAST FEW HOURS. UPPER-LEVEL WINDS NO LONGER APPEAR CONDUCIVE FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THIS SYSTEM AS IT MOVES NORTHWESTWARD NEAR 15 MPH. THERE IS A LOW CHANCE...LESS THAN 30 PERCENT...OF THIS SYSTEM BECOMING A TROPICAL CYCLONE DURING THE NEXT 48 HOURS.
