Flare off Nicaragua

| Got a 55K-ft cell firing up. Anti-cyclone has developed to the south. Some 30-knot in-the-clear barbs on SCATs with convergence. 850mb Vorticity close by. Could start to get serious. DMAX coming up in a few hours.     |
