An Extra-Trop Kickback?

A cold core developing in the GOM today will move across the SE CONUS and out into the mid-Atlantic.

CMC is showing this possibly going extra-trop at the end of its forecast period and possibly pushing back toward the CONUS east coast.

An extra-trop, nor-easter, or TC then?

Stay tuned.
