(at) the NHC... upgraded from Orange to Red.

Perhaps Jim and Joe can discuss a bit how they feel about the way the NHC upgrades systems or doesn't...

And, if they think this will be upgraded or not..

Either way... looks like a green light... with a red alert for Ida..
