Seeding Frances ?

Did any body thank that Frances was seeded?
The Cain was a cat 4 and a big one seating in the Bahamas headed right for FL. And just like that it drop to a cat 2. On thursday sept 2/2004 (at) 8: 00 am it wind speed was 138 mph and the next day (at) 8:00 am its wind speed was 109 mph And NHC center and all the cain moldels and the g.f.s. had it coming to the FL. coast as a cat 4 and just like that 24 hours later it drop to a cat 2 and sit on the coast for 36 hours. I thought to my self just seed it to stop it from makeing land fall as a cat 4 and bam it drop down. ( OR IT WAS A LOT OF PRAYS ) |
