Hey alligator Pointer,  N. Fla. Folk could be looking at what the setup will be for this winter, El Nino favors the pattern of these low pressures coming across the GOM from Texas  then heading NE up through Central and North Florida and then on up the east coast.  Could mean a cold wet Winter for N. Fla. I don't think this particular low the model shows will be anything strong.Just my 2 cents....
