Google has some satellite imagery of Carrefour. It's hard to tell though how bad the area is damaged from satellite. Some buildings you can clearly see are destroyed but a lot likely collapsed completely with the roof looking nearly intact as seen from satellite, but the roof is now at ground level.

They don't have any imagery from Jacmel though.
