It was Toronto's first on record (records began in 1845) without snow. With a snowless november, we only had 3 months of snow, and its led to all-time record low of 44.6cm (or about 18 inches).  Of course, I got a puppy and was looking forward to her first snowstorm... guess we're waiting till next year.
